1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue usage.

2. Nature of Services

• We are a consultancy/facilitation service provider, not a government agency.
• We assist with compliance, incorporation, tax, licensing, and documentation.
• All government approvals, licenses, registrations are subject to final discretion of authorities.

3. User Obligations

• Provide complete and truthful information/documents.
• Respond to requests for OTPs, e-signatures, documents promptly.
• Ensure payment of all government/statutory fees on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.

4. Fees & Payment

• Professional fees must be paid in advance.
• Govt. fees, penalties, late fees, taxes are separate and borne by client.
• Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Refund Policy.
• Interest may be charged for delayed payments.

5. Refund & Cancellation

• No refunds once service initiation has begun.
• Refunds only in case of duplicate/failed payments.
• Service deemed delivered if client fails to provide documents within timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for rejection/delay from government departments.
• We are not liable for penalties or damages due to:
  • Incorrect/incomplete documents by client.
  • Missed deadlines caused by client delays.
  • Force majeure events (server downtime, strikes, govt. system issues).
• Our liability in all cases is capped at the professional fees paid to us.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, templates, guides are property of Taza Financial Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Non-Solicitation

Clients cannot directly engage our employees/partners for services without our consent.

9. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Client provides false/misleading documents.
• Client defaults on payments.
• Client misuses services for fraud or illegal activity.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Hyderabad Telangana.
