Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All services are customized professional consultancy services and are therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

• Professional consultancy fees (covering advisory, document preparation, filing).
• Government charges, stamp duty, late fees, penalties.
• Third-party vendor fees (payment gateway, hosting, auditor, CA/CS).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

• Duplicate/failed online payment.
• Non-initiation of service due to our internal error.

4. No Refund Scenarios

Refund will not apply if:

• Client provides incomplete/false documents.
• Client fails to respond within required timeline.
• Filing/application is rejected by government authorities.
• Delay caused by external factors beyond our control.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

• Refund requests must be emailed to support@easyfilings.co.in within 7 days.
• Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
